In the swing of things

I have finally been back on Plexus for a few days now and it has been absolutely wonderful!! I didn’t feel awful before, but it’s nice to feel amazing again, and all day at that too! Seriously! I don’t get that 3:00 slump like I used too. Yes I may feel a little tired but it’s not in comparison to a short walk to the office watering hole won’t fix! We are in business!

Well everyone, came home on this Monday and came to find that my Plexus Welcome Kit has come in! Honestly I wasn't able to open it until after getting home from bunco because not having much time in between work and bunco to check it out. Below are a couple of photos of the first thing I saw.

Sense of drive and purpose!

Earlier in the afternoon I was working on my notes for my Plexus business. After writing down my why and also the goals I have for my first year, it seemed to have started a small little fire in me and I gained some of my drive back. Don't get me wrong, I love what I do for my day job, which as a whole is graphic design, marketing, and social media. But it seems like I have lost my drive a little bit and it is nice to gain that back again.

While my main sense of purpose is still anything to do with "the arts" as some would say, but I feel God added something else. To me that means becoming more involved my wellness, but my everyday gut health and overall health as well.

As I went on a walk about an hour ago and I was thinking to myself about this business, I felt this fire and drive start to grow. It really started to grow as I was thinking about my why and the goals that I have written down for what I want to achieve in my first year.

So needless to say, I am excited and looking forward to what my first year entails. One of my goals is to help other people in achieving their health and wellness goals. Those goals can be achieved with Plexus added to your daily routine.

Taking the plunge!

Well everyone...I decided to take the plunge and become a Plexus Ambassador! I’m excited to be on a journey to a healthier me first and foremost. On Plexus vs. Off Plexus

I can tell you for a fact that I have noticed a major difference in taking Plexus versus not taking Plexus. The first difference that I noticed is that I am more tired, and sooner, while being off Plexus than while being on it. Would I be a little tired during the work day? Oh yes I definitely would be, but not like I used to be! Not that typical mid afternoon slump of hitting the wall and needing a pick me up!  It was so nice not being that tired. Now after several days of being off Plexus.... I’m starting to hit that wall and I’m debating that mid afternoon pick me up! And not a healthy pick me up either! I’m talking as some would call “foo foo” coffee, as in a caramel latte or Frappuccino!

The second thing I have noticed is that I’m a little more hungry now period first off. But not only that, I’m more hungry in between meals now. Not to the point I used to be before Plexus thankfully, but in between breakfast and lunch it is starting to get halfway there unfortunately.

So long story short, once bills are paid next month, I will definitely be not only taking Plexus again, but joining Plexus for multiple reasons. The first is to get ambassador pricing, and the second one is so I can not only help myself and grow to a healthier lifestyle, but help others as well!!

Plexus-Sixth Day Results

On my sixth and final day of using the second trial pack given to me, I had the same results as the previous days!! I was consistently less hungry and honestly it was an awesome feeling. As I reflect on what I was taking in and how much, I was eating less and starting to eat better. Through Plexus, not that I didn’t think about what I was eating because I promise you... I did, but not to the extent of being on Plexus!

I actually stopped and really thought about what I was putting in my body. For example, if I was actually a little hungry in between meals, I paused and thought about which snack to choose and what was a healthier option. Not just what sounded better or listening to my body wanting sugar. I have been choosing the Nature Valley granola bars in my works snack area instead of a cinnamon roll or powdered doughnuts.

Fourth and Fifth Day Plexus Results

Consistenly I am less hungry. Yeah you read that right! LESS HUNGRY!! That’s across the board too!  This includes regular meal times such as breakfast, lunch and dinne. But not only that, I’m not even hungry for that mid morning snack either! You know... the one in between breakfast and lunch. Plus I’m actually thinking about what I am putting in my body too. That thought came on the second day of my trial run of using Plexus.

Y’all...if I keep this up with my regular exercise routine, I could actually loose a little weight! Not only that, but I could help keep the weight off during the holiday season the last couple months. Plus once Halloween is done and if I have leftover candy, I honestly don’t know if I will eat hardly any of it all all because I crave sugar less too.

Second and Third Day

I apologize for being absent the last couple of days as life has been busy! I'm sure you can relate! But anyway I wanted to give a little update as to how the last couple of days.

I can tell you first thing that little pink drink that is always talked about and how amazing it is? Well I didn't exactly believe it all either with all that hype. But after drinking it for three days in a row and I can tell you that it works! Literally!

Not only am I hungry less often first of all, but I'm not as hungry either as well for each meal! To clarify, what I mean when I say 'hungry less often...' I mean that I don't have a little snack in between breakfast and lunch, and then lunch and dinner. Second of all, because I'm not as hungry I eat less food.

One thing I realized on the third day (for me, Saturday), is that I also think about what I'm putting in my mouth a lot more than before starting the trial pack. The times that I really think about it more though is between breakfast and lunch, and in between lunch and dinner should I get hungry. Those thoughts transcended into my lunch and dinner times as well.

That is all I have for the last couple of days. I would love to hear about how you are feeling while on Plexus. No matter how long you have been using it!

My Plexus Journey - First experience

Hello everyone, I hope all of you are wonderful week so far. I want to take a moment and share with you something called Plexus. I'm sure a lot of you have heard of it by now. Today (day 1-October 18) was my first actual experience with company and their product. I was given a couple packs (first photo) of Plexus Slim by ambassador to test out and try.

Below each picture you will find a little words describing what each product is. Right now I am just tossing the idea around in my head to see if would be something good for me personally.

After day 1 was done, I can tell you I can already know a little bit of a difference! I usually hit that afternoon slump usually around 2:30-3 and today that slump didn't hit me at all! Right now, I am toying with the idea of becoming an ambassador, but now sure. I am so excited to see how I feel at the end of the day in the following days.
