Fourth and Fifth Day Plexus Results

Consistenly I am less hungry. Yeah you read that right! LESS HUNGRY!! That’s across the board too!  This includes regular meal times such as breakfast, lunch and dinne. But not only that, I’m not even hungry for that mid morning snack either! You know... the one in between breakfast and lunch. Plus I’m actually thinking about what I am putting in my body too. That thought came on the second day of my trial run of using Plexus.

Y’all...if I keep this up with my regular exercise routine, I could actually loose a little weight! Not only that, but I could help keep the weight off during the holiday season the last couple months. Plus once Halloween is done and if I have leftover candy, I honestly don’t know if I will eat hardly any of it all all because I crave sugar less too.

Plexus has been a lifesaver and very helpful with me wanting to get back on track with my health and wellness! Below is a picture of what I am using at the moment.





I am definitely thinking that I am going to have to order a pack for sure!! Especially with the holidays coming up! If you have any stories about your experiences using Plexus I would love to hear them!!
